We feel that we can offer Affordable Living™, not just affordable housing.  We have worked with Advanced Energy's System Vision program to provide affordable housing solutions for the North Carolina market with guaranteed home energy costs of less than $25 per month!  Providing an inexpensive home is one thing, but providing a very strong, durable and energy efficient affordable home is far better.

Eco-Panels is a strong supporter of affordable housing and has a corporate mission that a full 1/3 of our residential business be to support affordable housing - pursuant to this mission we will aggressively price these projects wherever possible to better support the low-income housing market.  It is one thing to offer a "cheap" house for a low-income homeowner, but often the energy bills can run higher than a financed mortgage payment and ultimately drive the homeowner out of the home.

Affordable housing communities often have significant upkeep costs. Where our panels are used we will eliminate all problems associated with punching or kicking holes in the sheetrock. We will in fact guarantee for the cost of hole repairs that no person can kick or punch a hole in a wall sheetrocked over our wall panels.
